What is included in the price?

All features — booking system, admin backend, Pocket Office, online check-in, Stripe integration, AI document scan, e-mail templates, multilingual. Updates and hosting included.

What is NOT included?

Stripe transaction fees (go directly to Stripe, ~1.4% + 0.25 EUR EU cards). Optional: SMS sending (via external SMS providers), individual custom domain (free at the tenant — DNS configure yourself though). Custom features on Promax plan per effort.

How do I change plans?

In admin one click — immediately effective, prorated. No long contract, monthly cancellable (except for annual upfront discount).

What happens to my data if I cancel? +

You can pull a complete backup export (SQL + files) from admin anytime. After cancellation your data is kept 30 days for possible reactivation, then GDPR-compliant deletion.

What does Promax offer beyond Pro100? +

Promax (599 EUR/month) is for rentals with unlimited fleet (no 100-vehicle cap) and providers with special requirements (multi-location with own phone numbers, custom reports, individual integrations, dedicated account manager with 1-hour SLA). Custom features on Promax by arrangement.
