What does white-label mean at AutoRentAI.com?

You connect your own domain to the system (DNS A-record + SSL certificate via Let's Encrypt automatically). The frontend shows your logo, your colours, your booking flow — the end customer does not notice that a SaaS platform runs in the background. All e-mails come from your sender domain too (SMTP2GO integration).

Your own domain with SSL

You enter a DNS A-record on our servers, we fetch the Let's Encrypt certificate automatically. Works with apex domain (rental.com) or subdomain (booking.rental.com).

Branding to the detail

Logo (rounded corners or transparent), primary and secondary colour, hero image, header text — all configurable in admin. Contract PDFs, vouchers and confirmation e-mails automatically pick up your branding.

Your own e-mail domain

SMTP2GO integration: outbound mail (booking confirmation, payment reminder, return protocol) goes from booking@your-rental.com, not from us. Including SPF/DKIM setup guide.

How long does the domain setup take? +
DNS propagation 1-24 hours, SSL certificate then automatically in minutes. We help with the first setup free.
Can I have multiple domains for one account? +
Yes, on the Promax plan. E.g. one main domain + aliases (.com, .de, .es). All land in the same backend.
What is in the contract PDFs? +
Your logo, your company name, your address, your tax number. Contract texts are editable in admin (DE/EN/ES). We do not appear in the PDF.
Does AutoRentAI.com link to my site anywhere? +
No. We do not put tenants in the main site sitemap, no powered-by link. Only exception: optional on request in the footer (showing it can be a marketing decision, but is fully optional).
Can the customer save my rental domain as an app icon? +
Yes. We deliver manifest.json + service worker with your logo, so the booking page can be saved as a PWA on the phone.
